Return Policy
Returns made simple.
At Veterinary Acupuncture & Wellness Centre, we want your experience with us to be a pleasant one – which is why we’ve made our return policy as simple as possible.
Returns Terms & Conditions
Claims for return or refund must be made within twenty-one (21) days of receipt of the Goods and a copy of the invoice from which the Goods were supplied must be presented. Goods must be unopened and unused and in original condition (including packaging) to be eligible for a refund.
If the Customer fails to notify Veterinary Acupuncture & Wellness Centre within said period, such claims are deemed to be waived.
The customer is responsible for the cost of an item’s return, unless there was an error on our behalf.
Items that are being returned (new/undamaged) are required to be returned in a parcel to protect the contents and be trackable.
Veterinary Acupuncture & Wellness Centre must be contacted at info@vetacuwellness.com.au for return address details before returning goods and be issued with a return reference number.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please email photos of the damaged item to info@vetacuwellness.com.au, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Please note: You will be required to provide images within 24 hours of delivery, when making a claim for the below.

Upon receiving a return or exchange reference number, please label and post back the items to the address which will be provided to you
Once we receive your item/s, we will send you an acknowledgment. Providing the item arrives in its unused, original condition, including intact packaging as received from us. Refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds will be processed using the original tender type. Credit Card refunds will be processed against the original card details (the exact card used to make the original purchase). PayPal refunds PayPal refunds will be refunded back to the original PayPal account.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same value, send us an email to info@vetacuwellness.com.au and we will try to facilitate your request.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to us when you receive the address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
